Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS-VI variant of Super Splendor, at a starting price of Rs 67,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Available in two variants, the motorcycle is priced up to Rs 70,800 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The two-wheeler maker has already introduced the BS-VI variants of Xtreme 160R, Passion Pro, Glamour, Splendor iSmart, Splendor+, HF Deluxe, Pleasure+ 110, Destini 125 and Maestro Edge 125.
The Super Splendor BS-VI will be available in three new colour options, which are Glaze Black, Heavy Grey, and Candy Blazing Red.
The company also informs that it has already stopped production of all BS-IV products and is now manufacturing only BS-VI two-wheelers.

The new updated Super Splendor is powered by a 125cc BS-VI compliant fuel injection engine with XSens technology. It is claimed to be delivering 19 per cent more power. The engine churns out 10.87 PS of power at 7,500 rpm and 10.6 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to an all-new 5-Speed gearbox.
As Hero MotoCorp claims, the motorcycle is based on a rigid diamond frame combined with increased suspension travel. It offers 180 mm of ground clearance.
