Hero MotoCorp launches two motorcycles, unveils Xtreme 160R

India’s largest two-wheeler maker, Hero MotoCorp today launched two motorcycles for the Indian market, new Hero Glamour 125 and Hero Passion Pro, priced from Rs 68,990 and Rs 64,990, respectively, besides unveiling the Hero Xtreme 160R at Hero World 2020 in Jaipur.

The Hero Passion Pro is priced at Rs 64,990 for self-drum alloy and Rs 67,190 for self-disc alloy. It is powered by a 110 cc BS-VI engine that gets XSens programmed fuel injection technology. It delivers a power output of 9.14 PS at 7,500 rpm and torque of 9.79 Nm at 5,000 rpm.

The motorcycle is available in two variants- Self Drum alloy and Self Disc drum, and in four color options, which are Sports Red, Techno Blue, Moon Yellow and Glaze Black.

The Hero Glamour 125 cc is priced at a range of Rs 68,900 - Rs 72,400. It runs on the new 125 cc BS-VI engine with XSens programmed fuel injection. The new engine churns out 10.87 PS of power at 7,500 rpm and torque of 10.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm.

Hero MotoCorp, at the event  showcased its entire BS-VI range and announced the investment of Rs 10,000 crore over the next five to seven years.

Also, the two-wheeler maker unveiled the Hero Xtreme 160R today, which comes powered by a 160 cc BS-VI compliant engine with electronic fuel injection. It kicks out a power output of 15 PS at 8,500 rpm. The motorcycle will be available in two variants - front disc with single channel ABS and double disc (Front and Rear) with single channel ABS.

The company also announced the launch of the Hero XPulse 200 Rally Kit which will be available as a complete kit for aspiring racers at Rs 38,000, to be available from March onwards.
