Hyundai will launch the all-new Grand i10 in the Indian market later this year. The upcoming Grand i10 has been caught testing under heavy camouflage in India and in international markets too. The all-new car is expected to be launched later this year. The rendering image has been made from the available details on the camouflaged Grand i10.
The all-new Grand i10 will feature the new-generation design that will be similar to the latest Hyundai cars. The front of the hatchback will get the cascading grille while the headlamps are much sleeker than the current version. The front bumper in the rendered image looks very aggressive and there are triangular fog lamps inserted to the bumper too. The all-new Grand i10 will retain its overall shape but it will get new alloy wheels on the side and a new hatch door.
The all-new car will also come with new-age LED tail lamps. The all-new Grand i10 is expected to offer a range of premium features. The hatchback is expected to get a newly designed, dual-tone dashboard with a new steering wheel.
It will feel much more premium than the current version of the Grand i10 available in the Indian market. The all-new Grand i10 is also expected to get projector headlamps with LED DRLs too. Hyundai has not revealed any engine details of the upcoming Grand i10 but as the new BS-VI regulations will be implemented in India in 2020, Hyundai is expected to ditch the diesel engine in the all-new Grand i10.
The petrol engine powering the all-new Hyundai Grand i10 is expected to be the same 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine that comes with the current version of the hatchback. We can also expect the all-new 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine in the Grand i10 that will debut in the Indian market with the Hyundai Styx. The Grand i10 takes on the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Swift in the Indian market. The Swift is extremely popular in the market and looks much more futuristic when compared to the current version of the Grand i10.
