NEXA offers solution for connected car experience

India’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL)’s premium Nexa chain of dealerships has introduced connected technology in the form of ‘Suzuki Connect’, an advanced telematics solution to offer seamless connected car experience to its owners. 

According to the company, this initiative is in line with the introduction of Augmented Reality (AR) experience, which will bring alive the NEXA cars in multiple colours and variant options digitally in front of the customers. 

Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki said, “With digital technology slowly overtaking the conventional methods, it becomes imperative for us to constantly upgrade our offerings to delight our customers.”

“Using augmented reality to develop the ‘One by One. An AR experience.’ is a huge leap forward for Maruti Suzuki as well as the industry as a whole. Further, we have received encouraging reviews for the offering from experts as well as customers further strengthening our confidence in the offering. This can be called NEXA’s biggest innovation in the smallest size,” he added. 

The innovation will break away from the predefined requirement of having a big physical space to display a car. It is expected to create increased curiosity among the customers to experience the digital showroom, the company claimed in a release.
