TVS Apache RR 310 To Be Upgraded Free Of Cost In India

TVS Motor Company will be upgrading all Apache RR 310 models that have been sold in India. TVS will be upgrading the ECU for better performance. Other updates include adding heavier bar-end weights for reducing vibrations and fitting a new chain roller as well.

The visor will be changed and is said to offer better aerodynamics when on the move. All TVS Apache RR 310 owners will be notified via SMS about the same. Existing owners can take their Apache RR 310 to the nearest service centre and get their motorcycle updated for free. Alternatively, owners can also get these upgrades done when they take their motorcycles for servicing. The good news is that all these upgrades will be done free of cost. So all TVS Apache RR 310 owners have a legit reason to rejoice!

Launched in 2018, the TVS Apache RR 310 is the company's flagship model and uses the same engine as on the BMW G 310 R and the BMW G 310 GS. It is a 313 cc single-cylinder unit which makes 33.5 bhp and 27.3 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox.

The Apache RR 310 had complains of vibration in the mid-range from owners and some journalists alike. But the heavier bar-end weights could be a solution to that. Nonetheless, with these upgrades, there will surely be cheers from TVS owners.
