1. Keep an eye on your BMI
Check your BMI at regular intervals. You need to have a proper weight. This doesn’t mean that if you are overweight, you have no hopes at all. You can control your weight with the help of a suitable dietary plan. Also, don’t be under the notion that thin means fit.
2. Feed yourself the best
Feed yourself by following a suitable dietary plan, I mean, eating healthy foods. For example, leafy vegetables and high fiber food are highly nutritious and can help you maintain a healthy body. Consume food rich in vitamins A, E and C. These vitamins are antioxidants which slow down the process of aging.
3. Cut on the junk food
This is the most important one. Cut down on the intake of junk and processed food items since they are full of salts and preservatives which affect your health.
4. Drink water
Drinking plenty of water is the simplest way by which you can delay the process of aging. Water cleanses the body and throws out the waste products. It makes the skin glow and reduces wrinkles.
5. Exercise regularly
While enjoying good food and having hearty meals help you keep fit, it is equally essential to keep a check on the calorie intake by exercising. Working out in a gym also helps you tone your muscles, increase immunity and hinder the process of aging.
