1.Go to bed with a clean face
Create a habit of washing your face before you go to bed. If you go to bed with oil or dirt stuck to your pores, you’re likely to wake with an eruption. Use a good cleanser to get rid of all possible dirt on your skin. If you’re wearing makeup, use a makeup removal lotion to remove the makeup that clings to your pores.
Only cleaning is not enough. A moisturizer is a must. Studies say that your skin is more active when you’re asleep at night. As a result, this is the perfect time to apply a good moisturizer and let it work on your skin as you sleep. The beautiful reward is that when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, you will have beautiful, soft and supple skin smiling back at you.
3.Apply a lip balm
Simply hydrating your skin is not enough. If you want luscious and soft lips in the morning, it is also important that you moisturize your lips as well. Use a good lip balm before you go to bed. You can also try simple and natural products like oil instead of a lip balm.
4.Brush and floss your teeth
Germs are more active at night; hence it is very important to brush your teeth before you go to bed. Also make sure that you floss sufficiently, so that you find yourself with a nice a confident smile when you wake up in the morning.
5.Brush your hair before you sleep
