'Forensic' all set to be remade in Hindi

‘Forensic’ is all set to be remade in Hindi. Mansi Bagla of Mini Films has bagged the remake rights and Vikrant Massey will be playing the lead role in the Hindi version.

The makers are yet to announce the director’s name.

Apart from ‘Forensic’, the same banner has also acquired rights of couple of other South Indian thriller films.

Talking about Forensic, Vikrant Massey says, “When I saw Forensic, I was immediately hooked to it. It is an intelligent film that keeps you on tenterhooks. At the same time, it is an out-and-out entertainr. I’m really looking forward to collaborating with Mini Films and I am glad to be leading the Hindi remake.”

The film’s producer Mansi Bagla feels that it is not often that you see a crime getting solved through a forensic officer’s perspective and that makes this film unique. She also added that Vikrant is the perfect choice for the role. The actor is noted for his performance in films like ‘A Death in the Gunj’, ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’ and ‘Chhapaak’.
