'Marakkar Arabikadalinte Simham' trailer is out

Amidst huge expectations, the trailer of ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’ dropped in last day. Apart from the original Malayalam version, the trailer got released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages as well. The 2 minute long trailer offers a sneak peek to the world of grandeur that Priyadarshan and his team have conceived.


Malayalam version of the trailer alone has fetched over 2 million views. Both fans as well as general audience seem to have been highly impressed by the trailer. Even celebrities like Tovino Thomas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Rima Kallingal, Jayasurya, Aashiq Abu and Soubin Shahir have shared it through their social media handles. Non-Malayali stars like Akshay Kumar, Mahesh Babu, Suriya, Yash and Rakshit Shetty have lent their support by sharing the trailer and in turn helping the film to reach out to a wide range of audience.

If the trailer is anything to go by, we are in for a real visual treat. The trio of Priyadarshan, production designer Sabu Cyril and DOP Tirru need to be credited for that. The massive scale and grandeur involved in the film’s making is evident from the trailer.

‘Marakkar’ is an action-epic based on the life of Kunjali Marakkar IV. Priyadarshan has claimed that it will be the most technically perfect film to have ever been made in Indian cinema.

The film has a star-studded cast that includes actors from various languages. Mohanlal, Pranav Mohanlal, Suniel Shetty, Arjun Sarja, Keerthy Suresh, Manju Warrier, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Ashok Selvan, Prabhu, Mukesh, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Siddique and many others are part of the cast. Several foreign actors are also playing major roles in the film.


Mohanlal’s own banner Aashirvad Cinemas, Confident Group and Moonshot Entertainment are jointly producing this mega
