Chicken Risotto

INGREDIENTS

For Chicken Risotto: 3 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Garlic

½ Cup Onion

1 Cup Chicken strips

Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

2 Cubes of Butter

3 Cloves Garlic

½ Cup Onion

1 Cup Arboric Rice

3 Cups Chicken stock

Salt

Parsley

Cream

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN RISOTTO

1 Procedure to make Chicken Risotto: Heat a pan with some olive oil.

2 Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, boneless chicken strips, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.

3 Mix well.

4 When the chicken colour becomes slightly brown, transfer it to another plate.

5 Heat the same pan with some olive oil and butter.

6 Add chopped garlic, chopped onion and risotto rice and saute well.

7 Add some chicken stock and mix well.

8 Add some salt and mix again.

9 Cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

10 When the rice is cooked, add the chicken into it.

11 Also add a little more butter.

12 Mix again.

13 Transfer the chicken risotto to a serving plate.

14 Garnish it with parsley and fresh cream.

15 Chicken Risotto is ready to serve.
