- Rice – 2 cups (boiled)
- Chicken – ½ kg (boneless chicken)
- Bell Pepper – ½ (chopped)
- Onion – ½ (chopped)
- Garlic – 2 (crushed)
- Cloves – 2
- Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Peas – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
1.In a pressure cooker, pour a drop of oil and allow it to become hot. When the oil is hot, drop in the pieces of boneless chicken.To the cooker, add a little water and when it begins to boil/ Cover the lid and let it pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
2.When done, allow the steam to come out and keep it aside.Now take a pan, pour a little oil and on the medium flame allow the oil to get hot.
3.When the oil is hot, add to it the chopped onions and begin to fry them till they turn into a golden colour.To the pan, add the cloves, garlic, bell pepper, salt, vinegar and peas. Saute the ingredients well over a medium flame.
4.When you see that the mixture is cooked, drop in the pieces of boneless chicken and fry them gently using a flat spoon.Allow the boiled boneless chicken to cook and blend well with the mixture. Place a lid over the pan and let it cook for about 15 minutes or so.
5.Now after 15 minutes, drop in the rice to the pan and mix it well with the gravy.Let it cook with a lid over the pan and before you turn off the flame, sprinkle a little soy sauce over the rice and give it a final stir.
