Onion Bell Pepper Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For The Dough:

Maida – 3 cups (360 g) + for dusting

Water – 1 cup (warm)

Dry active yeast – 2 tbsp

Sugar – 1/4th tsp

Salt – 1/4th tbsp

Olive oil – 2 tbsp + for greasing

For The Pizza Sauce:

Tomato puree – 2 cups

Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup – 1/2 cup

Red chilli powder – 2 tsp

Garlic – 5-6 (chopped)

Mixed herbs – 2 tsp

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

For The Toppings:

Red bell pepper – 1/2 (cut into 2-inch thin pieces)

Green bell pepper – 1/2 (cut into 2-inch thin pieces)

Yellow bell pepper – 1/2 (cut into 2-inch thin pieces)

Onion – 1 (cut into 2-inch thin slices)

Mozarella cheese – 1 cup (grated)

Oregano – 1 tbsp

Red chilli flakes – 1 tbsp

Pizza sauce – 1 cup

Save HOW TO PREPARE

1. Smear the dough base with the pizza sauce.

2 . Spread the shredded mozarella cheese along with 2 teaspoons of oregano.

3 . Now, start by placing the cut yellow bell peppers around the corner of the base.

4. Then, place the red and green bell peppers.

5. Place the sliced onions all over the base to get its flavour in every bite.

6. Sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes on top.

7. Add some more cheese to complete the topping.

8. Now, place the pizza pan into a preheated oven (10 minutes).

9. Set it for 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.

10. Once done, remove the pan from the oven.

11. Cut it with a pizza cutter or a knife and serve hot.
