Parmesan Tossed Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

½ tsp red chilli flakes

1 to 2 fresh thyme sprigs

1 bowl broccoli florets

2 tsp parmesan cheese powder

salt to taste

4 to 5 almonds slivered

HOW TO PREPARE PARMESAN TOSSED BROCCOLI

1 Heat a little oil in a pan.

2 Saute chopped garlic.

3 When the garlic becomes brown add a little red chilli flakes, fresh thyme and broccoli florets.

4 After three minutes, when broccoli is cooked well, add parmesan cheese powder.

5 Add a little salt too.

6 Transfer the parmesan tossed broccoli to a serving plate.

7 Garnish it with some slivered almonds.
