500 gm cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp rose water
1 tsp cardamom powder, Pistachios as required, chopped, Castor sugar as required
HOW TO PREPARE PISTA SANDESH
1.In a wok, grate the cottage cheese and heat it.
2.Add sugar; mix well.
3.When ready, add rose water mix it again and transfer to a bowl.
4.Whisk until the mixture is creamy.
5.Add cardamom powder.
6.In a plate add chopped pistachios and castor sugar.
7.In another plate, add cardamom powder and castor sugar.
8.Spoon the mixture into small pieces and roll them first in the plate of pistachio and castor sugar.
9.Then, in the plate of cardamom powder and castor sugar.
10.Place the sandesh in the serving plate.
11.Garnish it with castor sugar and cardamom powder.
