New Delhi: Climate activist Disha Ravi, who was arrested for her alleged involvement in sharing a 'toolkit' backing farmers' protest, sent to three-day judicial custody by Delhi's Patiala House Court on Friday.
On behalf of the Delhi Police, the public prosecutor earlier told the Patiala House Court that Disha Ravi has shifted the blame on co-accused Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk.
The public prosecutor further told the court that Disha has been inconsistent in giving replies and has shifted the blame on the co-accused.
It has further said that co-accused Shantanu will join the probe on February 22.
Demanding three-day judicial custody, the public prosecutor has said that Disha Ravi has to be confronted with the co-accused that is why police need judicial custody.
