Kerala records highest single-day spike of 608 COVID-19 cases

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala recorded highest-ever single day spike of 608 new coronavirus cases.

396 of the cases have been reported through contact.

Meanwhile, 181 patients have recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours in the state.

Of the total cases, Thiruvananthapuram has recorded the maximum cases with 201 (158 through contact) followed by Ernakulam 70, Malappuram 58, Kozhikode 58, Kasaragod 44, Thrissur 42, Alappuzha 34, Palakkad 26, Kottayam 25, Kollam 23, Wayanad 12, Kannur 12 and Pathanamthitta 3.
