Kerala Assembly pays tribute to departed MLA P.B Abdul Razak

The Kerala Assembly on Tuesday paid rich tributes to sitting MLA, P.B Abdul Razak, who passed away recently.

The homage was paid on the opening day of the 13th session of the House.

Sixty three year-old Razak, who represented Manjeshwar constituency in the House, died of a heart attack at a private hospital in Kasaragod on October 20.

The members of the ruling CPI(M)-led LDF and opposition Congress-headed UDF paid homage to the Indian Union Muslim League legislator and recalled his contributions.

The House was adjourned for the day after it observed silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
