Homemade Crunch Bar Bites


2 c. milk chocolate chips, melted

3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted

1 1/4 c. crispy rice cereal

3/4 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract


Fold melted chocolates, cereal, salt, and vanilla together in a large bowl. 

Place a silicone or plastic ice mold on a sheet tray or cutting board. Fill each divot with chocolate mixture.

Place tray into refrigerator and let chill at least 1 hour, until chocolate is solid.

Pop candy bars out of molds and serve.
