Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala stated that the Chief Minister should be interrogated as involvement of his office in the gold smuggling case has come to light.
"A consultancy raj is going on in Kerala. When the government had no image, how can one tarnish it", he asked while addressing the media.
"Reports suggest that the IT secretary and IT fellow in the Chief Minister's office helped the smuggling gang. The CM's claims that he has no clue about the two persons, of whom one was his IT secretary for 4 years and the other was his IT fellow for 2 years, are baseless".
The Chief Minister should be questioned and a probe should take place about his office, Ramesh demanded.
