449 fresh COVID-19 cases in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala recorded 449 new coronavirus cases on Monday, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said.

144 of the cases have been reported through contact.

Meanwhile, 162 patients have recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours in the state.

Out of the total positive cases, Alappuzha has the most number of cases with 119, Thiruvananthapuram-63, Malappuram- 47, Pathanamthitta-47, Kannur-44, Kollam- 33, Palakkad-19, Kozhikode-16, Ernakulam-15, Wayanad-14, Kottayam-10, Thrissur and Kasaragod- 9 and Idukki-4.
