6.Consume soups regularly. If you are vegetarian, you can go for a veg broth; if you are a non-vegetarian, consume bone broth.

7.Consume organic dairy to get some magnesium, potassium and protein.

8.Include coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, seeds and nuts to get some healthy fat.
